Regardless, I want you to know that I have scoured the Web
looking for a product that does what PDO does in the same price range,
and there is nothing else like it. Please keep up the good work!
" Best wishes, K. F. Carroll, USA
" I was looking long time for a tool that helps me to
keep track of electronic files spread over different drives and
medias, as well as paper documents located at different places in the
whole office. Further I did not want to have a central place to store
my files. I was afraid of huge expensive SW pakets, designed for whole
companies. A further requirement was a very high ease of use. So I
found PDO. Since then I use PDO as my exclusive file storing system.
In the office all relevant documents are referenced in the PDO
database in a logical way, and can be accessed in no time. Further I'm
really happy to have in addition such an excellent support of the
developper team which helps me to use PDO in an optimal way and which
improoves PDO all the time." PhD. D. Bolliger, Senior
Process Engineer, Lucerne, Switzerland
" I really like PDO and to be honest it came along at
just the right time for me as I needed to keep track of lots of
disparate piees of information. The one improvement I could suggest is
a slightly easier way to keep copies of emails in PDO.
In the past I have used Outlook to track progress on a project
but it suffers from the inability to store all the other external
documents such as spreadsheets/docs/image files etc. Also, as
corporate email servers are filling up; users are increasingly limited
to certain filestore restrictions. " C Smith, UK
" Thanks! Everything seems to be running fine right now.
I like this package. I am using it predominately for doing
research as a means for organizing data and references. You should
advertise it that way. It would be of great interest to students and
others writing papers. In fact, that would make for an excellent
product. That is to say, a tool for collecting information, cataloging
results from experiments and creating footnotes. You could even
include a nice text editor and print package, where the researcher
could open references in sub-full screen windows to refer to them
while writing their paper and have the footnotes and bibliography
automatically include the reference... Interesting idea! "

" I am creating a folder with the subject, then creating
subfolders with each item, you can call them chapters, then, within
each, I am creating subfolders with individual data items. In this
way, I can discretely research each small item, make notes, create
links to web references for each, link to photos, supporting
documents, etc. Rather nice. " JLW, USA
" Thank You!!!! I tried to publish bills again and this
time it worked without any errors. I compared my publish to the
working version and it seems identical.
Great job. I think I'm all set. Love the software. It made
completing my taxes this year very easy. Everything the accountant
needed was scanned as a tif file in well organized folder for
retrieval. " H Segal, USA
" Love this software. It's exactly what I wanted. You've
been extremely helpful. " H Segal, USA
" I am extremely impressed with the responses I
got from your support department. I was having trouble getting my
images to register correctly in PDO. After emailing the problem I got
an immediate response. In fact, we went back and forth for quite a
while to resolve why images were not registering.
In the end I learned a lot about your system just from utilizing
support. " H Segal, USA
" As I told you in our first contact I have been
using the program for a couple of months and I find it very useful. I
am using it mostly for document archiving purposes. " G.
Constantinopoulos, Greece
" :-) Your programme is perfect for my needs -
most PIMs have too much useless data when all I wanted was to manage
my correspondence both electronic and paper. Thank you. "

" I need to store and catalogue WMF cliparts. I've
tried PDO is perfect for my needs. " R. Martini, Italy
" I liked the program & it has a lot of great
features. However I am in a document heavy small business that I
operate from home. I use page layout software such as InDesign &
PageMaker, & also programs such as Photoshop. I have many folders with
these type documents-- newsletters for nonprofits, brochures,
programs, etc. " DC, USA
" I do a lot of writing on many different projects and am
looking for a package that tracks the research files with my comments.
PDO has many attributes that look interesting. I like the idea of the
publish. I keep the projects separate on memory sticks ( 256MB
SanDisks). I would like to publish them to my servers at home (safe
storage, central repository, and a few other good characteristics).
" GB, USA
" Thanks again! I am really finding PDO to be a
very useful tool, especially for cataloging my paper documents, which
works fine. " CD Rushbrook, USA
